User Overview

The Users feature on the Mini Gift platform allows businesses to track and manage all customers who have accessed or participated in Mini Games in the system.

This is an important data module that serves as the foundation for:

  • User behavior analysis
  • Evaluating Mini Game and campaign effectiveness
  • Building marketing and customer care strategies

1. Module Objectives​

The Users module is built to:

  • Record the list of customers participating in Mini Games
  • Track traffic sources and referrers
  • Store user information securely
  • Provide input data for other sub-modules

2. Feature Scope​

Currently, the Users module includes the following main features:

User List​

The User List feature displays all customers who have accessed or participated in Mini Games.

Key information recorded:

  • User display name
  • Phone number (partially hidden for security)
  • Zalo ID
  • Mini Game campaign participated in
  • Referrer and traffic source
  • Timestamp of user creation in the system

This is the raw data list used for statistics and analysis.

3. User Data Sources​

Users in the Mini Gift system are recorded from sources such as:

  • Accessing Mini Game from Zalo Mini App
  • Participating in Mini Game through shared links
  • Being referred by other users

Each user is recorded only once by Zalo ID.

4. Security and Privacy​

Mini Gift applies user data security principles:

  • Sensitive information (phone number, Zalo ID) is partially masked
  • Data is used only for operational and internal analysis purposes
  • Complies with user security and privacy regulations

5. Role in the Mini Gift System​

Data from the Users module is used for:
