Orders

The Orders module helps businesses manage the entire order processing workflow from the moment a customer places an order until delivery is completed. Data is updated in real-time, supporting status tracking, request handling, and enhancing customer experience.

  • Order List: Track all orders in the system: status, payment method, products, order value, and processing history. Supports filtering, searching, and quick actions such as order confirmation, cancellation, shipping label creation, or status updates.

  • Consultation Requests: Manage requests sent by customers from product pages or information pages. Supports staff in contacting, consulting, and converting requests into orders, increasing closing rates and improving customer care.
