System Settings & Management
Settings Module Overview
The System Settings module is the central area that allows administrators to configure the entire operating environment of the platform. All core information such as store details, personal accounts, staff permissions, and integration links are managed here, helping the system run smoothly and best suited to the business model.
The module consists of the following main functional groups:
- Store Setup
- Personal Setup
- Link Management
- Staff Management
- Zalo Cloud Top-up Management
1. Store Settings
The area allows administrators to customize all operational configurations of the store. This includes information settings, sales rules, notifications, invoices, inventory, and many other support tools.
1.1. General Information
Update all basic store information:
- Store name, address, phone number, email.
- Logo and brand identity.
- Legal information: tax ID, representative.
- Information displayed on invoices and the application.
1.2. MiniApp
MiniApp configuration area on the Zalo system:
- Set up MiniApp information.
- Customize interface, display name, logo.
- Configure domain, webhook, and technical parameters.
1.3. Bank Account Information
Used to:
- Save and update store bank account information.
- Set up information for payments, reconciliation, or receiving funds.
1.4. Wholesale Settings
For stores with wholesale business models:
- Set up wholesale price lists.
- Application conditions: minimum quantity, customer classification.
- Display rules and price application on orders.
1.5. Staff Notification Settings
Allow automatic notifications to be sent to staff via Zalo messaging:
- Select notification types to send (new orders, system events...).
- Configure notification recipients.
- Manage message templates.
1.6. Invoice Settings
Automate the printing and issuing process:
- Set up sales invoice templates.
- Configure paper size, logo, display information.
- Option to auto-print when orders are completed.
1.7. Inventory Settings
Manage inventory rules for the entire store:
- Conditions allowing sales when out of stock.
- Stock deduction rules upon payment.
- Automatic low inventory alerts.
1.8. Table Order Settings
For restaurant/dining models:
- Allow customers to order multiple times at the same table.
- Combine multiple orders into a single order.
- Options to display table numbers, QR menus...
1.9. Application Management
Area for managing store integration applications:
- Create custom applications to connect APIs with third parties.
- Issue API keys, secret keys.
- Monitor logs, manage connections.
2. Personal Setup
2.1. Account Information
Users can update personal profile information:
- Display name
- Phone number
- Avatar/profile
2.2. Password
Password change feature:
- Enter current password.
- Create new password.
- Two-factor authentication (if enabled).
3. Link Management
The module allows stores to synchronize data with multiple sales platforms and messaging systems.

4. Staff Management
4.1. Staff
Account management features:
- Create new staff
- Edit information
- Activate / deactivate accounts
- Assign roles
4.2. Permissions
Group-based permission management:
- Create permission groups
- Allow/restrict access to individual features
- Detailed permissions by module (orders, products, reports...)
5. Top-up Management
For systems using Zalo Cloud API / ZNS.
5.1. Cloud Wallet Balance
Overview display:
- Current balance
- Money in
- Money out
- Balance changes
5.2. Create Top-up Invoice
Users:
- Enter the amount to top up
- Generate a QR code for payment
- QR code is valid for 15 minutes
Note:
- Minimum top-up amount per transaction: 50,000 VND
- Do not modify the transfer content as the system processes it automatically
- If funds have not been received after a few minutes, contact support

Displays:
- Transaction time
- Status
- Transaction type
- Balance before – after
- Description and QR code (if available)
